To get started with our Evac Xpert™, it’s essential to gather some key information. To assist you through the process, we’ve provided a comprehensive checklist below, ensuring you have all the necessary details for us to recommend the most suitable Evac+Chair.
- Type of Staircase (e.g. straight, curved, spiral, fanned or winder)
- Direction of Evacuation (e.g. ascent, descent or both)
- Number of Staircases and Steps
- Stair Nosing Material (e.g. plastic, wood or metal)

- Depth of Landing
- Weight Requirements for Passengers
- Width of Evacuation Route
Please be aware:
- Our chairs are not suitable for domestic settings.
- If the chair is required for an external staircase, a site survey is recommended.
- If there is a PEEP/GEEP in place, a site survey is recommended.
